My Pet

I love them!!!!!(but they have really shown me that there is a reason they eat their young in the animal kingdom)
My Job

Well 2 more years then I will have that 2nd retirement. I retired for the first time in 1993 from the Shelbyville Police Department where I was a K-9 Officer for 10 of my 20 years. After my retirement from there I have been employed by the Great State of Indiana, cough cough, at the Indiana Department of Labor as a Supervisor for the Whistleblower Protection Unit.
My Life has been a good one with so many ups and downs, I wouldnt trade it for anything. There really isn't anything I havn't wanted to do that I did not do. It has been a really good ride.
I like to think my life was influenced by the fantastic friends I had back in my school days I often think of them more so now that the ride is almost over. The Rushville bun...Expand for more
ch, Carla Diekman, Dean McCane, Louie & Donny Niedenthal, Bill Alsman, Jim Kaster, Rick Woods, Rick Evans, Tim Smith, John Yazel, Jack Cathy & Mary Fordice, and many many others. Then there was the Greenfield bunch, Dick Pasco, Ron Smiddy, Rick Shively, Ann Dobbins, Larry & Gary Sargent, Tom Kirkwood,Jim Bradbury, and once again so many others. I just want to say Thank You to all for being my friends. I still stay in touch with a few that I have mentioned and a few that I didn't mention. WOW so many stories, so many GOOD times. I feel like I am giving an Oscar speech lol.
But all in all it has been a fantastic life, I look forward now to moving to Florida after this retirement and spending more time with my Grandkids, they are so much better than your real kids, get tired of them, send them home loaded with Mountain Dew and Candy. Arent paybacks wonderful.
