Life After GHS, attended Central Arizona College, then ran off to CA (San Francisco, of course... as the saying goes, ||| read between the lines folks!) for a year to declare my independence. Came back to Globe & worked in the Admin Dept. at Inspiration for several years. Had 2 heart attacks in '87. My Mom passed away in '88 from heart failure. I moved to Phoenix, lived there until '95, working as a Tech Support Analyst, playing with computers, on 2nd floor of the Tempe Police Dept. Had 2 heart attacks in '92, 1 of which was massive, left me with a left ventricular aneurysm & Class 3 heart disease. Moved to Eugene, OR in '95 to work for HBO & Co. as a Tech Consultant & had another heart attack. Yes, I'm still drinking, smoking (despite having COPD from chronic bronchitis) and eating fatty foods. Moved to Atlanta in '96, during the Olympics with all the traffic and visitors... like a moron, went to work as a Product Application Spec. for HP -- promoted to Response Center Sr. Support Engineer. Dad passed away in '99 from a heart attack just weeks after I was out to visit on vac...Expand for more
