Graduated University of Toledo in '77 with BBA in Accounting
Married Debbie Heynes (from Admiral King)
Had 3 kids.
Started at Arthur Andersen (accounting). Got involved in Information Technology.
Moved to Rini Supermarkets as Data Processing Manager.
Moved to Scott-Fetzer as IT Supervisor.
Moved to American Risk Management as IT Manager.
American Risk had offices in Bermuda and Grand Cayman. Got to visit those places about a dozen times!
Moved into consulting, with various firms, focused on Lotus Notes.
Tech Bubble burst in 2000. Did freelance work for about 18 months.
Landed at Honda R&D in Marysville, OH. as Project Manager.
Implemented SAP and Microsoft 365 at Honda.
Develop...Expand for more
ed Kidney Disease in 2016.
Retired from Honda in 2018. Started Dialysis 3 weeks later.
Deb also retired from a career as a Medical Assistant.
Currently:
-) Preparing for kidney transplant (possibly in December)
-) Celebrated 44th wedding anniversary with Deb
-) 10 grandchildren (ages 6 thru 20)
-) Hobby is woodworking. I built a 50' x 50' pole barn as my "retirement home" workshop. Finished building a hickory dining table for our daughter. Working on building a walnut "river table" for one of our sons.
