jim's Story
After graduating from the UW in 1967, I joined the Navy, going to flight school in Pensacola, FL. luckily missed Vietnam, getting stationed in Alaska for my active duty. post wartime, I got into high tech, starting at a bank in Houston, TX, then through several moves ended back in the Seattle area in 1978, living in Woodinville every since.

ding Cisco. I retired in 2011, and three months later went back to work. Retirement was boring me to tears. I am still in the business today, as Grants Manager for a Texas company. I work with education and healthcare customers to get them federal grant money for deploying video in distance learning and telemedicine.
My wife, Biz and I have done some traveling, to New Zealand, Australia and to Africa twice.
We are still doing well and have greatly enjoyed the reunions, including the get togethers in Palm Springs each year.
