Jim's Story
Hello QE alumni - After a few busy years in which I haven't had time to think about too much in terms of reaching out to old friends, it seems coming out of COVID is affording that time now. I live in Lillooet, BC. I left Calgary about 27-28 years ago and moved to BC. I have been working with local First Nations communities and found an interesting career in inter-governmental affairs.

hen I moved to Lillooet about 11 years ago I met a wonderful woman who is a great life-partner and Lillooet has been very good to me. I am still working, but putting a 3-year phase-out in place. Its that phase in life when we have to start planning how to keep busy and healthy for the next 20 years.
I hope everyone is doing well, and look forward to reconnecting with people. if you happen to passing through Lillooet (e.g. on your way to Whistler or something), let's have lunch.
