Jim's Story
Life
After graduating from West Linn, I went to Lewis and Clark College for a year and then transferred to Oregon State where I majored in Pharmacy. I got married in 1965 and graduated in 1966 with a B.S. I went to work for the FDA reviewing New Drug Applications. Two years fulfilled my military obligation and I moved back to the West Coast to work for Syntex Laboratories. I spent the next 28 years in Product Development in the Pharmaceutical Industry and retired from Pharmacyclics in Sunnyvale, CA in 1996 as VP of Product Development. I then started studying mind/body healing modalities and today have over 850 hours of training. I am certified in Massage, Hypnotherapy,Process Acupressure and Zero Balancing and have extensive training in CranioSacral Therapy. I also am a Reiki Maste...Expand for more

I help individuals who are feeling out of balance in mind/body/spirit and emotion. By using the bodywork modalities either alone or together with Reiki energy and mind/body/spirit modalities I help my clients on their path to total wellness. The depth of the work, from Reiki instruction or Reiki energy work to deeper body work such as Process Acupressure, Zero Balancing, Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release or Repetitive Use Injury Therapy is determined on an individual basis after consultation with the client. I also help teach Zero Balancing and Process Acupressure.
I love what I do. It is 180 degrees from the conventional medicine that I was involved with for so may years. I had no idea when in HS that I would be doing this!
