Jim's Story
Life
After leaving Brush for the Navy in 1985, I headed for California. I was stationed on 3 different ships and on shore duty all out of Long Beach Ca. I played flag football and softball at the base where I met my lovely wife Roxann. I was discharged from active duty after 9 years. I was then in the reserves for 3 more years. I am currently a Deputy Sheriff for San Bernardino County in California.

ave been married for 19 years. In August of 2004 Roxann gave birth to the love of my life, my daughter Sarah Elizabeth. She was a long time in the making but well worth the wait. It is amazing to watch children grow up. 2 1/2 years later we had our second child, Samantha Grace.
We have a home with a pool (good investment, 98+ deg. in the summer). We love going to the river and spending time with family and friends.
