Jim's Story

Life Although I'm a graduate of Storey County High School, I attended Douglas County High for most of my high school years and moved the last half of my junior year (1972). I've lived in Portland, Oregon since 1983, happily married since 1980, and have two young adult sons. I currently manage the Information Services group for a regional airline in the Northwest and spend a lot of my free time building contemporary furniture. sed to know that I have fully embraced the living in the cul-de-sac with a mini-van in the driveway lifestyle. After a spate of angioplasties almost 10 years ago, I've been dedicated to being more healthy and fitness oriented. In fact, 3 days before my 50th birthday, I road my bicycle in my first century (100 miles). Working for an airline, I've had a opportunity to travel quite a bit. Although my foreign travel has been pretty limited, I have been to many places in the US.
