Jim's Story
Enlisted in the Marine Corp fall of 68. They sent me to school to learn cyrpto/computers. Never went over seas.Got out, got married, started a family. Went to work at the Oregonian Publishing Co. Retired in 2013. And like most retirees they travel. First off was to drive and visit to all 50 states. Only 2 left. Watched the sunset in Key West with alot free spirits. erica 2010. Driven the length of our brothern to the north, from NewFoundland to BC. Next stop is Europe 2026. My son retired 2023 and moved to Italy. May 2026 it's off to Italy for a month., With stops in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland.
I usually winter in SoCal or Mexico. New Zealand/ Australia are on the bucket list.
My health is great, and fishing and cycling take up most of my spare time. I'm having the time of life !!
