Jim's Story
Life
Update 3/15/05. Things aren't as great as when I wrote the profile 2 years ago. I'm now 65 going on 66, just in the process of divorcing after 15 years. My daughter is now 8 and lives with me at my beautiful home in Venice 1/2 time. I'm still very happy and am starting a new life as a bachlor, dating on the Internet, spending a lot of time with my 8 year old and still the same old Trats after all these years. **THIS (which follows)IS MY ORIGINAL BIO**"When I'm 64", well I'm here and am thrilled as this is the best time of my whole life. I've been married 4 times and finally have it right. I have a 6 year old daughter and 3 married kids as well. ilms, write, do yoga, eat a Raw Food diet, spend quality time with friends and read one great book after another. I'm stoked!
School
My biggest crush was probably either Jill Weinstein, Barbara Perlmutter, Jill Braverman, or Ann Morton
Workplace
First I was a Psychologist, then I dropped out, moved to Maui and was a hippy for a number of years, then I started a "headhunting" business in Northern California which was called The Trattner Network, later it became an agency for contract Software Engineers which we sold in 1999 to a public company. Simultaneously I started another company called TalentWave which I still own. It's an executive search company that specializes in bio-technology.
Military
I had a very brief career in the Air National Guard. I was stationed at Lackland Air Base in San Antonio Texas. I got discharged for medical reasons and boy was I glad.
