Jim's Story
Life
I am currently a chef instructor, working at the New England culinary Institute in Vermont. I teach a Freshman class that is the first production class the students take. I have 7 students for a two week period, and have them produce meals for about 150 people a night.
I also teach culinary arts at a local high school, (what twisted turns fate can take).
I have been very happily married since 1994 to a

UPDATE,
I NOW HAVE A FABULOUS 3 YEAR OLD NAMED ALEXANDER JOHN MAURICE ZIPKO "XANDER" TO EVERYONE ELSE. AND I NOW WORK AS THE CORPORATE CHEF FOR A HIGH END APPLIANCE COMPANY IN MY "NEW"HOME TOWN OF ESSEX JCT., VT. STILL HAPPILY MARRIED, I HAVE NORMAL HOURS, I STILL TEACH SOME, AND I DO LOADS OF COOKING DEMOS AND SHORT CLASSES.
LIFE IS GOOD, WE RARLY GET TO THE UTICA AREA, WE SPEND MORE TIME IN SCOTLAND THAN "MY OLD HOME TOWN", WHICH IS ONLY 4 HOURS AWAY. HUH GO FIGURE.
