Jimmy's Story
Life
My wife and I lived in Iowa since 1961. I retired in Feb 1997. I injoy finding old friends from the past. So if you know me let me know. We Have 4 Children 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren
School
I had a great time in High School and made alot of good friends. Enjoyed all of the after game dances. And especially enjoyed crashing some of the girls slumber parties. All and all it was some of the best years that I had. Lots of friends and good times. An added event, on Sept 30 2005, went back to Bloomington for our 50 y...Expand for more

Military
Joined the Marines in May 56. went to MCRD SD, Cal. ITR at Camp Pendleton, And than 2 yrs at 29 Palms (Hq Batt AAA Grp). Sept 58 Trans to Hq MCB Cam Pendleton (Comm Ctr) after I got out I spent 2 Yrs in MC Reserves. Recd Dischare in 63. than I joined the Iowa ANG spent 4 yrs in Ft Dodge and 20 Years with the 132nd in Des Moines, IA. It was a great experiance. Retired with over 30 years of combinded military service.
