This is where I live nowadays, this scene is visible from just about anywhere in town. Right out of a Clint Eastwood movie.
They are always willing to give you their favorite thing that they love. To share it with you. Unselfish. If only we could posses that trait, no one would go without.
You know how much I love dogs and promote rescue over purchase. This little guy ran away from the neighbor and came to our place. They neglected him terribly and you'd never know he's a miniature schnauzer. I named him Pick
I love animals. I really really love Pickles. With family and friends so far away, and the heart wrenching effects of that so prevalent, he's been absolutely amazing therapy. Who'd ever think this unloved and abused scruffy

When we're not counseling the guys on substance abuse problems, we get to do this kind of stuff. Co-worker counselor Julie Anne Snyder-Swift brushes our pet cows while three horses wait their turn!!

my boyhood home in sarasota before moving to venice. i google earti was a kid, glengary st. was a dirt road and the road didnt continue forward as in this pick. the memories are bittersweet. my mom was single and struggling
When we get together we go someplace we dont ever want to leave.
Here's one I took a few months back, I like the Gothic touch on these buildings all over this neighborhood in the Chelsea district of Manhattan. I'm in the 20's somewhere between 5th and 8th ave, in the heart of Chelsea.
