1994. Been in the Bay Area ever since. Met and dated Robert Bryan Duncan in 1994, then got together again on New Years 2002. We got married this year on March 4th, 2005. I am now and forever, Mrs. Jo Linda Duncan. Workplace I left RC in winter of 1993. First, just to visit my Father Jack Welsh, in the San Francisco Bay area. He asked me to stay and work for his company, Welsh Enterprises. He is a mechanical engineer in the printing industry. Heidelburg trained in Germany. Otherwise just big title for "mechinek".(but with more smarts and training) We repaired printing equiptment, of all shapes and sizes, and fabricated parts, moved and "rigged" etc. That started me in the printing industry, after which he moved to Guatamala to teach printing trade for their Gov. (and build a community hospital for the poor) He still lives there, enjoying the Senoras and fishing. I got furter training at a printing trade school, then got a job a dept. head for S&D Printing. Left there when my friend Faye suddenly died, ran her and her surviving husbands shop until after the funeral (and his morning period.6 mos)Got offers from Oracle, Sunmicro, HP, Xerox and a few others. Took a job closer to home for a small family owned print shop. Then I started dateing Robert Duncan, and now I work beside him in his Garage Door Company as part owner/soon to be wife. I run the operational part(everything)of the business and also go on site for door installs to ease my erge for mechanics. All my previous work experiences and training make this the best job ever. This industry makes a good comfortable living, and we make our own hours.
