I was co-editor of the SV newspaper, along with Judy Sanders; Mr Wallach was our patient advisor. I came in tenth grade from Cincinnati. I was a cheerleader, but then they were not very selective. Dated Barry Poulson, friends with Keren, Marlene, Margie, Rosanna, Jane, Joan, and other lovely women, we called them girls then. I lived downtown on W. 6th street. I recall chocolate ice cream cones with dipping pretzels, the swim team, the basketball team, parties on the lake, Frank, Dave, Joe and John, Linda, Ms. Heywang ! Mildred Van Dusen who made me love geometry. Vinnie Bell, who passed me in chemistry, and Mr Stewart whose long bony fingers pointed at me. Now I understand the arthritic hands as I have them. I married way young, had two daughters, now 52 and 50, a stepdaughter and four granddaughters; we import males. My then husband died recently; we were married 17 yeas.
