Joan's Story
I continue to be a nurse after all these years. More recently I was an oncology nurse practitioner for twelve years and then a hospice nurse for the past six years. I am presently interviewing for a palliative care nurse practitioner position. My two daughters are married. Laura has five children and Lisa has one. I remarried three years ago and between the two of us we have 14 grandchildren.

lux that caused him to have failure to thrive. He is home now on a vent with around the clock nurses. I am so proud of Laura and Lisa. They are woderful parents.
I live in Annapolis and am doing well. It would be great to hear from some friends. I saw that Babara Aumann was on this site and I can remember working on B2 South with her and how we teamed together to get all the patients bathed. After graduation, I had the opportunity to work with her in the ICU. I always felt she was the ideal nurse. And what a great sense of humor!
