Books: Sidney Sheldon/Tilly Bagshaw, John Grisham, Jodi Picoult, Elin Hildebrand Novels, Peggy Rowe's memoirs and non-fiction focused on economics, private sector business, political history/current events.

Flowers: Alberta Wild Rose, Dogwoods, Pansies, Daisies, Poppies, Mini Carnations and field flowers that grow wild in the forest or in a mountain summit's meadow.
Foods: Big fat, plump, ripe and fresh BC Cherries - the Red ones and the Rainiers! Pink Lady or Honey Crisp Apples and Sweet Naval Oranges, anything from Cobbs, Alberta Beef Tenderloin or Prime Rib, Warburg Colony Chicken, Grilled Sockeye Salmon, Roast Pork Tenderloin, a crisp fresh green salad with fresh mushrooms and chopped asparagus, baked potato smothered in all the usual toppings, MacIntosh's creamy toffee, salt water taffy, ice cream topped with dulce de leche sauce and really really dark and piquant CHOCOLATE.
I don't do fake meat, processed bugs or worms, kale, cilantro, arugula or raw fish ew, ew, ew!
Animals: Dogs and Horses for their loyalty and unconditional love.
Sports/Exercise/Leisure: Curling, curling, and curling - more of the armchair kind than the actual playing now. Dancin' the Two-Step. Walking my dogs. Horseback riding but it's been awhile. Crochet and Needle Felting.
Seasons: Winter, Spring and Autumn in that order - was born in the Winter and it's the most wonderful time of the time of year for me - I am a Winter Baby! I like the colours of Summer but the heat - meh - however Alberta Summer Storms can be exciting.
