Joan's Story
Lived in Chicago, IL until second grade and then moved to Romeoville that September. Went to Park View Elementary, West View Jr. High, and Romeoville High. Later, went to Joliet Jr. College and still go to upgrade for another job. Worked for the Illinois Dept. of Corrections for 27 1/2 years and then retired. Love to travel and have been overseas and many places in the U.S....Expand for more
and Canada. I'm not the greatest driver on the planet, so my method of choice for travel is by plane. Love all kinds of movies, (modern, black & white, silent), and read extensively to try to keep up with the world (and, like to read series books). I feel now that I'm older there is so much to do and so little time. I was quiet in high school, but now you can't shut me up!
