ng people with any questions they have about fitness or anything in general I can help with and find it gratifying helping people at the worst times in their lives. I am an aspiring amature fitness model and competitor, aspring to be in Oxygen and becoming part of the WBFF it will be LOTS of work but well worth it. I never back down, I may get frustrated and turn away but always back at er:) I also would like to influence people about positive lifestyle changes, its not only about looking good but for long term overall health for life for healthy eating and fitness and of course quality of life. I have been inspired but so many great people and hopefully it will be my turn soon to be an inspiration".
