Joanne's Story
Life
My life thus far has been good. I am married to a wonderful man who is the great love of my life. We have three beautiful and smart daughters (and all three have an incredible sense of humor, which to me is a highly important attribute), Britt(20 yrs), Em(13yrs) and Anika(6yrs). We have an adorable grandson who is 18 months old and is a complete joy.

ther with young children and working, so I gave up my career choice. Ultimately, it wasn't a hard decision to make. My youngest started grade one this year, and I find myself with a lot of time and trying to figure out what I want to do for the next half of my life. I have a passion for animals and the elderly...and sadly, shopping. I'm sure one of those interests will lead me to do something fulfilling.
With my husband's job, we moved all around Alberta, from the Montana border to a few miles from the NWT. But for the last seven years we have settled in the heart of Lakeland, enjoying quiet country living.
