Joanne is from Fayetteville, Arkansas. Joanne is married with Russell Hall. Schools include Hayes Catholic High School. Joanne later attended Mt. Mercy College and did graduate work at the University of Arkansas. After 40 years working in hospitals as a clinical microbiologist, Joanne retired to at Highland Studio & Gallery to paint and teach painting, a lifelong avocation. Russel...Expand for more
l and Joanne retired to Gulf Shores, Alabama. Russell passed away in June of 2015. Joanne continues to paint, volunteering and teaching at the Gulf Shores Art Alliance. Her favorite pastime includes traveling to paint "Plein Aire" , and spending time with her friends , children ,and grandchildren .
