Joanne's Story
Life
My home has been Pevely for 14 years, Two retired Mehlville teachers live next door! I have two daughters, Amanda, 43’, and Caryn, 37, and three grandchildren. I always wanted girls and my daughters are such wonderful people.
I am a registered nurse and have worked at local hospitals in the ER and labor and delivery. Branching out in nursing, I have worked for insurance companies and provided case management services. I have a special interest in spinal cord injury. I completed a psychology degree at Washington University which helps me to understand the problems my clients have with brain injury..
I travel frequently around the Midwest with my business, and have enjoyed Mexico, Germany, Austria, Denmark, and France, twice, but find there is no place like home. I find gardening is relaxing and love to swim Someday I would like to fish if someone else would bait the hook.
My pets include fOur Chihuahuas and a Cocker Spaniel. My hobby is collecting antique children's tea sets and toys.
