Life has a way of reminding us that it doesn't always turn out according to plans. Sometimes detours happen but if you hang in there long enough, you get to the destination that you hoped for. Have left Australia many moons ago and have not been back for a long time. Lost both my parents and still have to summon the courage to revisit without feeling the pain of loss.
I now work within the field of mental health and love every minute and love hearing all the stories that speak of courage and tenacity.
