Joanne's Story
I live about 1/2 mile from the Gulf and love the beach! I have added another puppy to my household. She is my babies Mamma. I have been widowed now for over 6years. My Mom passed away 4years ago too, so the puppies fill the house. I own a convertible and love riding with the top down. I do a lot of photography and digital scrap booking (which you can see in my
family Christmas album). Love my computer; could not live without it. Recently entered the dating scene again, can be pretty scary at this age! Guess it wasn't any better when we were young either!!
Our family dynamics are about to change. My 3 Sons and 5 of my 15 grandchilden have lived near but one recently moved back to VA. My oldest granddaughter is getting ma...Expand for more
rried and has moved to PA with my 15th grandchild (actually she is my great grandchild -eeks!) My 2 Daughters live in VA and the other in the Outer Banks with 8 more grandchildren. Of my other 3 oldest Grandaughters, one is attending college, one graduated last year from VA Tech and the older of the 3 is now working for DEA and continuing her education.
I was able to reconnect with two of my best high school friends Elaine Marine and Cathy Johnson. Elaine and I try to get together at least once a year and have taken several road trips together. Wish they had been able to attend the 50th. Great reunion, thinking about trying to make the one in Sept..
Update, I now have 18 grandchildren and another puppy making it 3!!!!!!
