Joanne's Story

Life I live in Wantagh with my husband Joe DePuy. I recently (October 5, this year ) gave him 60% of my liver. He was very sick and was dying right before my eyes. We came home and went to our parents houses. We are recovering and once I am able to take care of him, we will both be back home. My liver is wo...Expand for more
rking for him and Life is good! ok so it's almost 1 year later, we are married 28 years, happily i may add and doing so much more since Joe is better .. he is on meds for the rest of his life. I am blesssed and thank God everyday that we have each other. High school could never have prepared anyone for this.
