Jody's Story
Hi Everyone!
I don't even know where to begin! Let's see..... Graduated good ol' Greely in 1991. Then I went to Cosmetology school in Portland, for about a year. I then decided to move to Florida shortly after that, and completed my degree in Florida. I worked as a cosmetologist for about 4 years, and decided it just wasn't the
"best" career to do, so, I decided to take on one of the lovely jobs in one of the local theme parks! Amazingly enough, that lasted for 5 years! What a nice change of pace that was! :) But, again, not the best career move for me.
In 2002, I applied to a local college to see if I could get en...Expand for more
rolled in a 2 year MA program. Sure enough, I got in to the school, and busted my butt to get really good grades. It was a challenging program, but overall it was a very good career choice for me.
For those of you that don't know, I had an extremely rough, traumatic, horrific (and every other bad word you can think of) year in 2004. Let's say "I haven't been the same since".
So, still living in Florida..... Have been back to Maine to visit, but wouldn't live there again (too cold!). I try to go to Maine every year...maybe someday soon I'll get a chance to meet up with some old friends!!!
