School
Attended elementary and middle schools in Medical Lake, Washington, Rapid City, South Dakota, Yokota AFB, Japan, and Tampa, Florida.. Attended Robinson High in Tampa until the beginning of my junior year. My father was transfered to California. Attended, and graduated from Victor Valley High School.
College

Work
Started an intership with the City of Montebello in 1972. After working in Finance, Personnel, Administration, and Community Development, was appointed Ciity Manager in 1980. Accepted the position of City Manager of West Sacramento in 1989. Retired in 2002 to pursue personal development opportunities.
I've refurbished 3 residential properties and am still working on a 20,000 sqft barn in McCloud, California.
