Life
Hello everyone!
Don't know exactly where I want this to go, but here goes...since graduation in '88 (has it been that long???), I have earned my degree, got married, and have worked for the same company for the past ten years. I received my B.A. in History degree from UNC-Charlotte in 1993. Shortly after graduating from college, I met my wife, Kellie, through some mutual friends. She went to East Rowan.(don't hold that against me!!!) We got married in 1996 and live in Granite Quarry. I have two children, Gracie, 4, and Garren, 2. My kids are my life. I try to be the best dad I possibly can, because I want them to have some of the same experiences I had when I was growing up in Salisbury. I have been working at Lowe's in Salisbury since 1995. I have people tell me that I could own the store by now, but I am content with my current role. he surrounding area. I really enjoy the customer relation aspect of my position. I have the satisfaction of helping people get what they want everyday. Of course there are parts of it that I don't enjoy, but that would be anywhere. I also enjoy getting to know the people in the community. I have volunteered for the United Way for the last few years and have seen what a group of like minded people can do if they just put their minds together. I am involved in several other activities in the Salisbury area, am active in my church, Shiloh Church in Faith, NC, and currently hold the position of of Cxommander for the Gov. John W. Ellis camp 1841, Sons of Confederate Veterans. I stil keep in contact with quite a few friends from school, just not that many from our class of 1988.
