Joe's Story
Thumbnail of Joe at Palisades: Jock - tailback for the team... didn't do most of the homework, although the teachers forced it out of me. I was the wall flower in the silk shirt (remember - it was 1978 PLEASE). Come to think of it.... all of the guys were wallflowers in silk shirts. We stood around and watched Maria C and Dawn B dance. We only hit the floor for "Tonight's the Night" - Nice-n-Slow - no sudden moves that would indicate we couldn't dance.
Following Palisades:
I said goodbye to everyone in the parking lot of the "Chalet Apartments"...Expand for more
near Sommerset Lake. I left for Seattle in 1978. Finished High School at Bishop O'dea - class of 1983 (similar to Brother Rice in Chicago), and headed off for College at WSU. Went into Navy Aviation, and today I manage vendors at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Everett Washington. I'm having much fun doing this.
I'm sailing, skiing hiking et al - enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest is famous for (this includes doing it all in the rain). I have a family of a wife and 2 girls. We all live on Warm Beach in Stanwood Washington.
