Life Married in '64. Two kids, one of each kind. Have 3 grandsons. Retired from DCFS after 37.5 years of service as Manager of the Office of General Services. Lot's of headaches from that job but it was very satisfying and allowed me to be helpful to former wards and adoptees and be creative in managing working shop people. Not much was stressed about post secondary education and at that period of time it wasn't as important as it was a few years later. I remember in Charlie Miller's homeroom class, the info about life earnings. A person graduating in '62 could only expect to earn $100,000 in their lifetime! What they didn't know or couldn't predict for us! We like to travel and have been all over the place, N & S America. I really like the white sand beaches of Mexico on both sides of the country. Love to fly and have logged many hours both in business and on vacations. Europe is on the agenda now and we plan to see Italy, Austria, Germany and the Scandanavian Countrys soon after.
