Joe's Story

Well, I started out graduating from Culinary Arts at Delgado and working in the restaurant industry. Had to get out of NOLA, too much partying. Move to Northeast Mississippi working a as sous chef for a High Profile Golf and Country Club. e were married and moved to Jackson, Ms. My career did not mix with a married life so I changed careers into the Roofing Business. Yes I know, 180 degree turn, but it has worked out pretty good. We have been married for 13 years and have two wonderful kids, Bailey 7, and Matthew 2. My dolks still live in Metairie and we go home quite often.
