Joe's Story
Life
I was born in Kansas City, Kansas. I lived there until my parents moved to South Gate, California in 1961. I attended South Gate Junior High School and then we moved to Whittier. I went to California High School from 1966 until I graduated in 1968. At Cal Hi my favorite subjects were electronics and stagecraft. I worked lighting for the spring musicals of Camelot and Sound of Music. I also was the stage manager for Skin of Our Teeth and several other smaller productions. in Broadcasting Technology. I haÂve been in broadcasting for over 46 years. I moved back to Kansas City in 1977 and met a wonderful girl who became my wife in 1978. We are happily married and have a daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. I truly believe the scripture that says, ÃÂThe steps of a good man are ordered of the Lord.ÃÂ I am thankful for His blessings, a great life and a wonderful family.
