I was an overweight child; decided to play sports in high school;
chose to "Slim Down", with 'weight-watchers', to get into shape;
I have Michael Thurmond's Six Week Body MakeOver Plan which says, for my BodyType-C, "You need to 'slim down'."
I lost 100plus Pounds -- I'm Living Proof --
