Joel's Story
Life
I joined the Air Force in Aug 1992 and have been serving proudly ever since. I am married to a wonderful woman (Nichole) who believes in me and keeps me focused on my goals. We are physically active; she plans to compete in her first triathlon now that my son is here. Nichole has helped motivate me to complete my masters degree and teach as an adjunct professor for Southern Illinois University. Our son was born October of 2005; he is a blessing. Since I joined the AF, I have been to 47 states and two countries (hopefully more later on). I look forward to hearing from some of my old school mates. Feel free to write, even if we were not close friends in school; I like to remember those times....
