John (Steve)'s Story
Life
After graduating from St. Procopius College in 1966 I worked at Wm. F. Jobbins in Aurora and Caterpillar until end of 1968. Then went to Northern Illinois for an MBA concentrating in finance. I began working for Westinghouse International Co. in their international treasury operations in NYC in 1971. At the end of 1973, I was transferred to their nuclear operations in Brussels Belgium. abia, Pittsburgh PA, back to Brussels Belgium, Baltimore MD, Warsaw Poland, and back to Baltimore in 1993. In 1996 Northrop Grumman purchased the defense arm of Westinghouse in Baltimore and I then worked for Northrop Grumman. It's been a fast ride. I can't believe the time has gone so fast.
I have been married since 1972 to my wonderful wife Sandy who I met in NYC. We have 2 cats, Jonathan and Andy and 1 horse, Hatari. I retired on June 1, 2010 and moved to Scottsdale, AZ shortly thereafter.
