So I come out from teaching a drum lesson the other day (May'07), and my boss tells me that they just did their annual employee background check,and what's this about you being arrested and dragged off to jail for posession of a stolen parking meter? So I start thinking: who was at that party? (lol) Ofcourse, they were just yanking my chain, but who do you think tipped 'em off? None other than my drum brother, fellow south-paw David 'Prince' Principale! That sonofagun has moved here to The Valley of The Sun! He came in looking for a new drumset, mentioned Buffalo, and my name came up.
True story.

e a great collection of medieval armor. (I used to draw battling knights all the time.) It was a chilly Fall weekday, and it's a mile or two walk on a sidewalk running next to a long parkway. Think Deleware Park, times ten. There isn't a soul around except for the few cars going past me. Then, I see someone coming towards me from perhaps a half-mile away. Ten minutes later, I come face to face with my old classmate Steve Davis who left Williamsville and moved to Cleveland the year before. I can't remember what the hell he was doing there- he should have been in school, but there he was. And then I shamed him for abandoning his cat when he moved away the previous year. Scumbag. How did I know about the cat? Because Rick Meese was Steve's neighbor, and took the starving stray in, even though he, Rick, hated cats. The moral of the story: Steve Davis-BAD. Rick Meese-GOOD. True story.
