Workplace
Work at Quizno's Tumon for the summer of 2000, worked weekends/holidays as a diver at FishEye during senior year of high school, went to work at Quizno's Hagatna as a runner, product expediter, cashier, and also worked the foodline as of December 2001 until the begining of my Air Force enlistment on 13 August 2002.
Military
originally i was supposed to join the army with a buddy but he punked out and joined the Army Guard...no names(Mark Palacios). i guess the whole airborne ranger thing iced him. i joined the air force to become a firefighter, its almost immpossible to become a firefighter on guam without experience or "certs" because its who you know....u know? and if i get out they cannot deny me a job or else i'll sue but yea hopefully i shouldn't have to do...Expand for more
that because by then my dad should be a fire cheif at the airport fire station and i should have the hookup. But i think i'm diggin it now and if this job gets boring(AND if i stay in) i'd want to cross train into Tactical Air Control Party(TAC-P) because they are assignned to army special forces units and work directly with them, i love the army its in my blood. The reason i'm so into the army is because i came from an Army JROTC and the air force is in all ways different from the army, in all aspects good and bad. i like the PT, uniforms, drill and ceremony, leadership style and orginization of units in the army. What i don't like is how they treat the younger soldiers, after i've seen the barracks that my pare' stays in, i was like oh no. so i think i made a good choice in services because you can still do the gung ho thing and live like a human.
