r Austin; I've founded and am currently the Executive Director of the Capital Area Pavement Engineers Council where we are trying to create a unified pavement design for the region which, if successful, we could potentially save taxpayers millions, if not billions over time. I am in the process of starting a new business or a couple new businesses and will have more information about them in the coming months.
