John's Story
Life
Looking for old friends from both high school, college, and the military. I am retired from the Air Force and living in Oklahoma City. I work for the OK State Department of Education and teach for a couple universities in the metro area. I recently graduated from OSU's doctoral program for Educational Leadership. Who would have guessed! I still have not given up on my aspirations to run for political office.

School
I attended high school in Lovington New Mexico until mid-way through the Sophmore year and made many life-long friends from there. In fact that is more home to me than anyplace else that I lived while in school. At that point my family moved to the ranch between Waurika and Ringling Oklahoma. I graduated from high school at Waurika Oklahoma in 1972. Wish I could go back now realizing the importance of education to a person's life. But, I cannot so instead I teach and try to stress that point to others.
College

ompleted my Master's in Management and my Doctorate in Education Leadership. I believe in continuing education (probably due to my apathy of education as a teen) and will continue going to school long after I obtain my terminal degree.
Workplace
I currently work full-time for the State Department of Education and teach full-time in the evenings for Park University and Southern Nazarene University. I am also the Academic Director for the Tinker Campus for Park. I just started a private business of digital fingerprinting for applicants and children.
Military
I joined the Air Force to be a photographer and was made a cop. During my career I served in Oklahoma, Kansas, texas, Idaho, and Arkansas in the states and at Araxos AB Greece and Tempelhof AB Germany. I worked as a cop, PME instructor, Base Career Advisor and personnel director. I really wish I could get in touch with several of my old military friends. By the way I purposely did not capitalize texas... after all I am a SOONER and a COWBOY.
