John's Story
Life
Upon leaving Neumann, I attended Temple University as a music major and received,both, my Bachelor's and Masters there. I then took a position as a music teacher in the public school system of New Jersey, after a 10-year stay as head of the music department at the Overbrook School for the Blind in Philadelphia.

aching, privately, as well as playing professionally. I have played in all sorts of musical organizations, from rock bands to symphony orchestras (Country being my least favorite).
The memories of my years at Bishop Neumann are still vivid, and, although, it's been many years since I was a student, it seems like yesterday (except when I look in a mirror).
