Wow! Where to start? Let's see...3 engagements, 2 marriages (still married). 2 Beautiful daughters who have "Daddy" wrapped around thier little fingers (and they know it!). Worked for AT&T for 29 years and 7 months. Then this past January I got sold. Actually my job (and me) got outsourced to a company called AmDocs. So far it's not been much of change. Still working the same processes and sitting in the same desk. They're still contributing to my retirement and at the date of my choosing I will be able to retire from AT&T with retirement related benefits and pension (which is cool). Left Jacksonville in 1982 and haven't been back for anything other than the occasional Kingfish Tourney, funeral or just passing through. Doesn't look like the same town to me at all. I was recently over on the southside near JTB. Dang! Where did all those people come from? Traffic was a nightmare. I lived in Atlanta for 4 years. Was held prisoner of war for 2 years in New Jersey. Moved back to Atlanta for another year. Then moved to Orlando in 1989 and have lived here since. It's ok. Not my dream town, but for now it's home. It is close to the beaches which I still dearly love. Getting my 9 year old surfing lessons next month. She is a heck of a softball player, she's actually in the Majors in Little League and playing ball with girls who are 2 to 3 years older than her. And she is part dolphin, loves the surf, sun and sand. You should have seen the "Old-man" showing her the proper way to skim board last weekend (yes we were on the beach and in the surf in February!!) And hey, I only busted my butt a few times.
