John's Story
Life
I have a townhouse in Mine Hill, NJ. I retired from government service, 32 years, 2 months and 17 days on the 26th of May 2006.
So what did I do? I was called, not my idea, by ILS (International Launch Services) sold by Lockheed Martin so now I work for the Russian Proton manufacturer, Khrunichev (they own 80% of the stock). I get to give my former co-workers headaches and spend lots of quality time in Kazakhstan at the Baikonur Cosmodrome, or Club Baikonur as it is AFFECTIONATELY known.
My wife Debbi passed away in November 2010 unexpectedly, while I was in Kazakhstan. We were together for 36 years. There is no replacement.

I left ILS in 2011.
High School?
I did not enjoy it. Not 1 bit, nope.
College
UCF was Florida Technological University until 1978. I went in '69 when that area of east Orange County (Orlando area) was a cow pasture.
I am a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, big deal, and met Debbi (chemistry + microbiology) at a Halloween party in '74 and we married at Harry P. Leu Gardens, Winter Park, on July 2d, 1977.
Workplace

From 1972 to 1987, with a brief stint in family business, I was an engineer with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration at the Kennedy Space Center.
