John's Story
Life
I went to Pelham Memorial High in 1972 and 1973(9th & 10th grades).I moved to Canada the summer of 1973. I graduated in 1975 in Bridgetown Nova Scotia Canada.I went to college at Carlton University 1975/1976 in Ottawa Ontario.I moved to Pittsburg Pa.in 1977 and started a construction company with a friend.In 1978 my partner left taking everything but the bills.I moved to Houston Texas doing construction work and then started working for a local building materials retailer as a manager.In 1980 I got married to a local girl.I started to work for Harris County Sheriff's Department in 1983.My first child was born in 1986 and her name is Pamela.In 1991 I relocated to New Mexico and my wife decided to take my daughter and retured to Houston.I started to work as a civilan investigator for the Department of Defense.I rem...Expand for more
arried in 1994 and then relocated to Oklahoma.I worked with the local Sheriff's Department and had 3 more children.I have a son Donald(born in 1994),a son Joedy(born in 1996),and a daughter Heather(born in 2000).I went to work with a local city Police department as the Assistant Chief of Police in 1996.I was injured in a car accident in the fall of 1999 and am now disabled. After 16 years in Law Enforcement I really miss my work.My specialty was Child Abuse cases and Domestic Violence.I got a divorce from my second wife in 2003.I have had 2 neck surguries since 2000 .I spend as much time as I can with my children,and do woodworking projects.
Story update.....I am working again.After years of working on getting back again I am working for Arkoma Police Department as a Patrol Officer.Small town,but happy to be working again in what I love doing.
