John's Story
Life
I have been married for 17 years and have two children. A seven year old son and three year old daughter. I have kept busy by being an involved parent. My oldest keeps me and my wife busy with his sports schedule.
College
I graduated from Alabama A&M University with a B.A. in Political Science in 1991.
Additionally, I received my J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1999.
Workplace
After college, I worked at a Community Action Agency in the area of Social Services for four years. During my fourth year in the social services field, I was accepted to law school. I started in the fall of ...Expand for more
1996 and graduated in the Spring of 1999. Upon graduation from law school, I took and passed the Alabama State Bar Exam and started working at a small law firm specializing in representing victims suffering from personal injury. I left that job to work for the City of Huntsville, Alabama in the Legal Department where I prosecuted misdemeanor and city ordinance violations. Currently, I am back in private practice involved in civil litigation again. I presently work for a small insurance defense firm dealing with a broad range of legal issues such as fraud, product liability, workers' compensation, personal injury etc.
