Where do I begin to tell the story of...."The Long and winding road of my life".........? I have been divorced from my wife for 9 1/2 years. We would have celebrated 12 years of marriage on November of 2002, but that was not to be. We have 4 children together- Jonathan 20, Brian 16, Bethany 14 and Matthew 12 as of their birthdays in 2011) I also have a 30 year old daughter,Tashia Maureen, and a 35 year old son, Chad , both from my first marriage- to a Mayo Grad!, Jennine Rud (now Barilla) I was employed in the computer field for 17 years. having started out at AT&T in 1993, and then after 5 years, I left AT&T when I began a new job as Network Administrator for a trucking company in 1997. I was with that company for 11 years, through Sept of 2008. I love to work on computers and I also love to write songs! I still play piano & sing and have been leading Worship at various churches throughout the suburban Minneapolis area since 1994. I always wanted to be a airline pilot "when I grew up". My family and friends thought that was a strange idea, since It required math skills and additional training, but I forged ahead with that goal in mind! I took aviation courses in College, and did manage to get my private pilots license, but I would have needed to get further training to fly commercially, which meant that I would need to enlist in the Air Force (following in my fathers footsteps!) I did attempt to sign up, but during the physical it was discovered that I would need surgury to repair a hernia, and as a result,it set me back. Even though I did have the surgury, my winding road took a bit of a detour and I never did try to enlist again. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Brenda Schriever (Hartman) because she was the my "high school sweetheart and love of my life". I have never forgotten her and I truly regret that we took different 'forks in the road'. I wrote her a 'love song' after our breakup, but I don't believe she ever had the chance to hear it. Oh did I love that girl! She lives in Soldotna, Alaska . works as an RN and was re-elected to a 2 year term this last November to seat B on the City Council . I still try and keep tabs on her, allthough she was a hard one to find! (Brenda, I still hold a spot for you in my heart!!!) Well now, I guess there are a few oth...Expand for more
