John's Story
Life
Cindy Box (also a OHS Class of 77 grad) and I got married just after graduation and we will be celebrating our 46th anniversay in February.
We have two great kids, both married, and 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter who are the objects of never-ending spoiling. Our son works in the Sacramento County Auditor's Office, and our daughter is a dispatcher for the Montecito Fire Department.

in beautiful downtown Fillmore... okay not in downtown, but in North Fillmore where our property backs up to the Sespe wilderness area. It's great to fall asleep to the sound of the water running in the Sespe and the wake up to the beautiful mountain ranges behind us.
After 30 years at Ventura PD, I retired, but went back to work for LAPD, and Cindy is retired after 35 years in medical management.
