John's Story
I left New Hampshire in 1975 and moved to California. About 5 years after that I got an M.A. in Counseling and became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I've been a counselor in private practice for almost 25 years.
I am married and have a step-daughter and two adult grand-daughters. My wife is a speech therapist and works with children with hearing loss. I have a rather special relationship with my wife in that she gave me one of her kidneys about 8 years ago. Is that cool or what? Talk about a gift that keeps on giving!

s I enjoy are cycling and camping. I'm also an avid reader and do a good job of keeping the local Library in business.
One other thing that happened when I got to California is that I started working with deaf people using American Sign Language for communication. I worked my way through graduate school as a sign language interpreter. Though no longer an interpreter, I still see deaf clients in my counseling practice.
I am interested in connecting with any old friends from the past and that's why I'm experimenting with opening a gold account!
