John's Story
Life
I married Susan Lockart (Concord '77) in 1980, She is the best thing that ever happened to me. We celebrated our 25th wedding aniversary last December. I also started working for Xerox as a Tech Rep in 1980. Now I work for Xerox Managed Services and I am the copier-fax-printer maven at BlackRock. Susy works for ING Bank in Wilmington. Susy and I have two wonderful sons... John Maxwell (born in 1983) and Alexander (born in 1987). Max graduated from Carleton College with a BA in Latin last year and is attending law school at Roger Williams University in Bristol RI. ng married in July 2007. Alex graduated from Tatnall last year and is attending Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs NY. He is leaning towards a Major in Art. My parents are still alive, healthy and celebrated their 50th anniversary last August. We all spent a magical two weeks at a villa near Orvieto in Umbria, Italy last summer. I like to travel, my three favorite places (besides home and the Jersey Shore) are Ireland, San Francisco and Italy. I have six or seven weeks off every year and I like to spend my odd vacation days exploring the back roads of Cecil, Chester and Lancaster counties. I still love books and music... I'm also very much into digital photography and computers. I hope everyone else is having a nice life.
