John's Story
School
I actually attended 4 different high schools...I started the 9th grade at Maryvale High in Cheektowaga,NY. We moved to Lexington, Mass and I finished up the 9th grade at William diamond Jr High. I started the 10 th grade at Lexington High School, but after about 4 months we moved to Westford (Nabnassset) on to Westford Academy...Changing schools really sucks.
College
I got out of the Navy in 1978 and attended Southwestern College in Chula Vista California. I got two Associate of Science Degrees, one in Real Estate, and one in Supervision.
Workplace

Was in civil service for 21 years, retiring at the earliest opportunity (2002)

By the way....the question about children...I do not have any children as they are all growed up and on their own, but I have three daughters, two live in Las Vegas, and the other one lives in Portugal (azores)
Military
I spent approximately 9 years in the navy. My primary position was that of a Yeoman (Naval Administration), and I was also a air traffic controller while attached to a squadron in Coronado, CA. I joined the Navy to avoid being drafted in the Army and going to Vietnam...but the Navy sent me there anyway. In 1967 I ran into Dave Sousa in the chow hall at the Naval Amphibious Base Coronado...small world huh? I liberated myself from the Navy in July 1978 and never looked back.
