Life I've spent most of my post-high school years... in school! I graduated from OSU in the spring of 1996 with my bachelor's degree in physics. I worked for almost a year before deciding that I hated what I was doing. I went back to OSU in the summer of 1997. I spent some time pursuing two masters degrees: one in computer science, the other in atmospheric science. I didn't finish either of them, but maybe I'll finish one some day... In 1998 I got my private pilot's license. I started flying hang gliders in the summer of 2000, but an injury, then financial...er... shortcomings compelled me to put it off for a while. In August 2002, I moved to Tempe, Arizona to work on a PhD in Environmental Fluid Dynamics at Arizona State University. I will be done in about 4 years. 2005 Update: Well, the burnout is hitting again. I'll finish with an MS in mechanical engineering this summer.
